Shipment and delivery

Order Process

Loyauté Vintage is based in France and all prices are in € (Euros). We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards and 3-installment payments via Klarna.

Order processing may take 1 to 7 business days before shipping.

All shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of each item.

Once you've placed an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a shipping confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping and billing information as well as any promo codes or gift cards at checkout.

Domestic Shipping to France

Order processing may take 1 to 8 business days before shipping.

We offer several shipping options, including:

  • Colissimo Standard Delivery to mailboxes (1 to 3 business days)

  • Colissimo Standard Delivery to hand with signature (1 to 3 business days)

  • Pickup points via Mondial Relay or Relais Colis (1 to 3 days, but may take up to 6 days depending on destination)

Shipping times are estimates and do not account for local disruptions (holidays, closures, etc.).

Loyauté Vintage is not responsible for fees associated with returned packages due to non-collection or incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned to our studio, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fees as the original shipping label will be void. We will contact the customer with a link to repurchase the shipping. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If the customer does not purchase the reshipping label or if the package is refused by the intended recipient, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

International Shipping

Order processing may take 1 to 7 business days before shipping.

International packages are shipped via Colissimo (1 to 7 business days), unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times are estimates and do not account for local disruptions (holidays, closures, etc.).

Loss and Theft

Loyauté Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We take great care to pack each item to avoid damage during transport. Once your package leaves our premises, it is under the care of the carrier, and any follow-up actions should be taken with your local post office.
