Return Policy

Returns in the form of a credit note are now accepted within 14 days.
To assist you in your purchase, each item is accompanied by a detailed description. Please be sure to read it carefully before ordering.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in the same condition as when received

• Items must not have been worn, used, or washed

• Have all tags and stickers intact

• Be returned in its original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase in your request email (invoice, order form)

• The item must not be a sale or promotional item

Our items are carefully inspected and filmed before shipping. Any attempt to damage an item in an attempt to obtain a return will result in a penalty and a ban from our customer area.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us at contact@angelztribe.com with your order number.

Returns
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@angelztribe.com. We will provide you with the return address. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. You are responsible for reshipping costs.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning items to us.

Refunds in the form of credit only
Refunds are not accepted. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you a credit note for the amount of the returned item.​

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the one you already own. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

Lingerie and Underwear Returns
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept lingerie returns. Please consider this before making your purchase.

Return Responsibility
Angelz Tribe cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of your return package. If your package is lost, contact your carrier and file a claim. Your order will not be refunded by Loyauté Vintage.
